These courses offer a rhythm of steady practice and spacious rest—like a mini retreat woven into your week.
Each course is an opportunity to explore a thoughtfully curated theme, designed to support and inspire your yoga journey through playful, intelligent, and nourishing practices.
I draw on yogic and Daoist philosophy—particularly the non-dual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism—for its invitation into embodied presence and a life-affirming intimacy with the world. Somatic practices, rooted in embryology and developmental movement, reconnect us to the body’s fluid intelligence and quiet wisdom. And poetry is woven throughout, offering a way to gesture toward the ineffable—what we feel but cannot always name.
